New APP/Content Publish - APP/Content Publish Process

Application is called APP for short

a. Apply for developer account: apply for a developer account to log in the developer website.
b. Apply for APP ID and APP Key: to create APP or digital content in the developer website. 
c. Develop APP or digital content.
d. Apply for technical review: upload the application file to ASUS team for approval. For details about the approval, see the terms for developers.
e. Apply for business review (publish): apply after passing technical review
f. Publish: APP or content is published after commercial review.
